We revamped our admin portal to offer a more intuitive and efficient user experience, reducing the steps needed to complete tasks, surfacing key reports, and enabling customizable dashboards. Additionally, we developed a standardized Product Information Model (PIM) for all providers, including hyperscalers, creating a unified, multi-cloud experience that’s easy to manage and scale.
Looking ahead to 2025, we are intensifying our focus on AI-powered advancements to redefine the capabilities of our platform. By embedding advanced intelligence, we aim to empower CSPs to uncover new cross-sell and upsell opportunities, deliver context-aware recommendations, optimize service interactions with unprecedented precision, and gain real-time, AI-driven insights that provide a comprehensive understanding of their business operations, enabling them to make data-informed decisions with confidence.
