He is hands-on in driving technology and operational innovation across the organization and oversees key areas such as strategic partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, the integration of new business models, the incubation of new technologies, and the development of world-class technical talent.
An integral part of the company, Rick works closely with top management to chart the company's growth strategy, always placing emphasis on discovery to understand and address the needs of his customers.
Binish Patel is the Co-Founder, Vice President, and Head of Solution Services at Apptium. With more than 20 years of experience, he has successfully helped leading organizations address complex business challenges through innovative solutions. Binish has a proven track record of building high-level customer relationships and is highly skilled at identifying clients' critical issues, enabling him to deliver rapid, high-value, and high-quality customer experience solutions.
In his current role, he leads global delivery teams and solution experts, implementing standardized and scalable delivery processes across North America, Europe, and Asia. His responsibilities at Apptium include driving ongoing innovations, developing assets, forming partnerships, and enhancing infrastructure to improve delivery approaches. Prior to joining Apptium, Binish worked with leading systems integrators, ISVs, and companies in the telecom, media, and entertainment industries, where he held key positions in delivery, professional services, consultancy, and product management.
Ionut Grosu is Apptium's Chief Technology Officer. A passionate technologist and entrepreneur, he has explored a wide range of domains within information technology. He is particularly dedicated to information architecture and the underlying technologies that span from backend systems to frontend solutions, and everything in between. Ionut is deeply committed to ensuring that product aesthetics deliver the best and simplest user experience possible. He remains focused on cutting-edge technologies and is always looking toward the future.
Ionut has led all processes, from the initial fine-tuning of an idea to product incubation, execution, branding, marketing, and business development. He is also actively involved in mentoring other start-ups, teams, and students. Additionally, he is a part-time early investor in several technology start-ups.
Bob Welsh brings more than 30+ years of sales leadership and delivery experience of innovative solutions for service provider and enterprise clients.
During his career Bob has had successful long-term experiences at companies ranging from start-ups through large enterprises, and along the way has developed a strong reputation for his commitment to delivering value, enabling customer success, and managing toward the “win-win”.
Bob is responsible for ensuring the delight of our current customers, as well expanding Apptium’s client and partner base.

Rajaram Arumugam is Apptium’s Director of Engineering, bringing 17 years of experience in developing leading technology products and solutions across industries including high-tech, media, entertainment, telecommunications, and retail. In his current role, he helps drive the company’s technology strategy, leads the engineering team in delivering innovative products, and provides executive-level consulting services.
In his previous roles, Rajaram focused on delivering next-generation e-commerce and customer experience solutions to leading systems integrators and ISVs worldwide. With extensive experience in designing and implementing complex, high-performance systems, Rajaram places a strong emphasis on technology trends, research, and innovation to enhance capabilities and deliver enriched user experiences.
Currently, Rajaram oversees the development and support of both of Apptium’s platforms.
Twinkle Patel brings over 18 years of experience in HR system implementations and process improvement. As a Human Resources leader, she is responsible for developing and managing streamlined processes globally, aligned with Human Capital Management (HCM) standards.
Twinkle has a comprehensive understanding of functional HR processes and collaborates with various teams across the organization to plan and optimize Apptium’s talent management on a day-to-day basis. In her current role, she wears many hats, thriving in the challenge of multi-tasking across HCM, operations support, and helping the organization achieve success.
