As the General Manager & SVP of Apptium, he is responsible for corporate strategy, guiding the company to anticipate, shape, and lead major market achievements.
Rick combines strong business acumen, people management skills, and a strategic vision in his leadership role. He is hands-on in driving technology and operational innovation across the organization and oversees key areas such as strategic partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, the integration of new business models, the incubation of new technologies, and the development of world-class technical talent.
An integral part of the company, Rick works closely with top management to chart the company's growth strategy, always placing emphasis on discovery to understand and address the needs of his customers.
Binish Patel is the Vice President of Delivery and Operations at Apptium. With more than 20 years of experience, he has successfully helped leading organizations address complex business challenges through innovative solutions. Binish has a proven track record of building high-level customer relationships and is highly skilled at identifying clients' critical issues, enabling him to deliver rapid, high-value, and high-quality customer experience solutions.
In his current role, he leads global delivery teams and solution experts, implementing standardized and scalable delivery processes across North America, Europe, and Asia. His responsibilities at Apptium include driving ongoing innovations, developing assets, forming partnerships, and enhancing infrastructure to improve delivery approaches. Prior to joining Apptium, Binish worked with leading systems integrators, ISVs, and companies in the telecom, media, and entertainment industries, where he held key positions in delivery, professional services, consultancy, and product management.
Ionut Grosu is Apptium's Chief Technology Officer. A passionate technologist and entrepreneur, he has explored a wide range of domains within information technology. He is particularly dedicated to information architecture and the underlying technologies that span from backend systems to frontend solutions, and everything in between. Ionut is deeply committed to ensuring that product aesthetics deliver the best and simplest user experience possible. He remains focused on cutting-edge technologies and is always looking toward the future.
Ionut has led all processes, from the initial fine-tuning of an idea to product incubation, execution, branding, marketing, and business development. He is also actively involved in mentoring other start-ups, teams, and students. Additionally, he is a part-time early investor in several technology start-ups.
Rajaram Arumugam is Apptium’s Director of Engineering, bringing 17 years of experience in developing leading technology products and solutions across industries including high-tech, media, entertainment, telecommunications, and retail. In his current role, he helps drive the company’s technology strategy, leads the engineering team in delivering innovative products, and provides executive-level consulting services.
In his previous roles, Rajaram focused on delivering next-generation e-commerce and customer experience solutions to leading systems integrators and ISVs worldwide. With extensive experience in designing and implementing complex, high-performance systems, Rajaram places a strong emphasis on technology trends, research, and innovation to enhance capabilities and deliver enriched user experiences.
Currently, Rajaram oversees the development and support of both of Apptium’s platforms.
Twinkle Patel brings over 18 years of experience in HR system implementations and process improvement. As a Human Resources leader, she is responsible for developing and managing streamlined processes globally, aligned with Human Capital Management (HCM) standards.
Twinkle has a comprehensive understanding of functional HR processes and collaborates with various teams across the organization to plan and optimize Apptium’s talent management on a day-to-day basis. In her current role, she wears many hats, thriving in the challenge of multi-tasking across HCM, operations support, and helping the organization achieve success.

Sridhar Gundi is a decisive, action-oriented, and results-focused professional with over 25 years of experience, including expertise in solution architecture and technical project management. He manages, designs, and develops provisioning and orchestration solutions for various cloud providers. With more than 20 years of experience in direct customer support and delivery, Sridhar has successfully solved complex business problems by improving the usability and productivity of solutions, as well as providing comprehensive post-deployment support.
His extensive experience spans both solution architecture and technical project management, where he has consistently demonstrated a strong ability to deliver impactful results. Sridhar’s focus on creating value through effective solution design and ongoing support has been key to the success of the projects he leads.
Claudia brings over 25 years of marketing management experience in technology companies serving the telecommunications, high-tech, media, and entertainment industries. Her multi-disciplinary background spans B2B marketing, sales operations, executive administration, and product management roles, with experience ranging from small start-ups to large enterprises.
Claudia is responsible for executing Apptium's global marketing initiatives and functions, including branding, lead generation, corporate communications, customer engagement, social media, events, and sales operations.
Colin provides technical leadership across all aspects of core product development. With over 25 years of software engineering experience, he drives growth and innovation within the development team by delivering cutting-edge products and services.
Colin initiates, coordinates, and mentors the design and implementation of various projects across the company. He offers guidance and best practices to the development team in addressing technical challenges.
