The APPEX Omni-Channel Catalyst is a complex, innovative initiative consisting of amulti-phased approach, which started with the creation of a solution frameworkto build use cases in an agile and rapid time-to-market mannerand had previously been awarded for “Best Use of TM Forum Assets”.

The award was given to the Catalyst project team, including Catalyst Champion,Vodafone Group, a leading global Communications Service Provider (CSP),Catalyst sponsor Huawei, a leading global Information and Communications Technology (ICT) solutions provider, and Apptium,along with other eco-system partners for collaboration in creating an Omni-Channel solution environment for service providers to enhance customerexperience across all channels.

Apptium’s contribution to the project included orchestration and provisioning functions,cognitive analytics and recommendations, as well as third party integration,helping to provide customers with a seamless, intuitive and personalized userexperience across any channel.
