Apptium is looking to hire enthusiastic a UI Developer to help conceptualize, design and deliver extraordinary user experiences. You should possess exceptional user experience and interaction design skills, as well as an appreciation for visual design and design principles. While exercising a good eye for aesthetics, you must be able to grasp and distill highly complex issues and translate them into clean, focused, understandable solutions. We’re looking for a self-starter, self-motivated individual able to work independently and perform multiple tasks under minimal supervision.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create Web application front-end design and implementable code based on review of requirements and interaction with the UX designer, PM, key users and the development team.
• Develop functional and appealing Web and mobile applications based on usability concepts and industry best practices.
• Conduct usability testing to resolve interface issues.
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design issues.
• Review existing Web applications for UI and usability improvements and work with team to implement.
 
• Perform usability and quality testing of new applications as required.
• Enhance existing software to improve user interaction, efficiency, and quality.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRED SKILLS

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in web technologies, user experience and web development.
• Must have experience with Angular 7 or above.
• Hands on web front-end skills – Your work demonstrates knowledge of web MVC/MVVM methodology. You have strong web front-end interaction development skills.
• Create working UI code that can be used by developers to integrate with the application business layer.
• Must have strong understanding of UI, cross – browser compatibility, general web functions and standards.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong grasp of security principles and how they apply to integration with business layer.
• Strong HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
• Experience with frameworks including Bootstrap, Backbone JS, Node JS, RXjs, JQuery, Responsive Design, Test Driven Design.
• Building Charts Using High Charts or similar libraries.
• Updating the angular version.
• Experience with JSON, swagger, Grunt, chrome developer tools, SaaS, Browserify and Git.
