Apptium Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and visionary Senior Lead AI to drive the design, development, and deployment of advanced artificial intelligence solutions across our technology platforms. This role demands deep expertise in AI/ML technologies, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in delivering innovative, scalable, and ethical AI systems.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions, including machine learning models, natural language processing, and predictive analytics.  

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and translate them into AI strategies and roadmaps.  

• Ensure AI solutions are robust, scalable, secure, and aligned with ethical and regulatory standards.  

• Conduct technical reviews and provide guidance on best practices for AI architecture and model deployment.  

• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend adoption strategies to maintain competitive advantage.  

• Support pre-sales efforts by contributing to AI solution design and technical documentation.  

• Mentor data scientists, ML engineers, and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.  

• Work closely with engineering and product teams to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications.

REQUIRED BACKGROUND & SKILLS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.  

• 8+ years of experience in AI/ML development and solution design.  

• Strong experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), cloud AI services (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google AI), and data engineering.  

• Strong programming skills in Python, Node JS or Java.

• Deep understanding and hands-on experience in MCP, LLM, NLP and other related AI components.

• Deep understanding of model lifecycle management, MLOps practices, and AI security frameworks.  

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.  

• Experience in telecom, SaaS, or enterprise AI applications is a plus.
