Rick is hands on in direct technology and operational innovation across the company and oversees strategic partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, the integration of new business models, the incubation of new technologies, and the cultivation of world-class technical talent. Rick is an integral part of the company while working closely with the top management in charting growth strategy by understanding his customer’s perspective through emphasis on discovery.
Binish Patel is Apptium’s Co-Founder & Vice President & Head of Solution Services. He brings more than 20 years of success in providing leading organizations with solutions to help solve complex business challenges. He has proven capabilities in developing high-level customer relationships and is adept at understanding client’s critical issues which helps him to provide rapid, high value and high-quality customer experience solutions. In his role, Binish has deployed global delivery teams and solution experts to implement standardized and scalable delivery processes throughout North America, Europe and Asia. His responsibilities at Apptium include; the development of ongoing innovations, assets, partnerships and infrastructure to identify ways to enhance our delivery approach. In his prior professional career, Binish has worked with leading Systems Integrators, ISV’s, Telecom, Media and Entertainment companies holding key positions involving delivery, professional services, consultancy, as well as product management.
Ionut Grosu is Apptium's Chief Technology Officer. Passionate technologist and entrepreneur that has surfed around many domains in information technology. Extremely passionate about information architecture and underlying tech from backend technologies to frontend and everything in the middle. Highly devoted into making sure product aesthetics provide the best and simplest experience possible. Always focused on the cutting-edge technologies and what the future holds.
Leaded on all processes from the original fine tuning of an idea to product incubation, execution, branding, marketing, business development. Involved into mentoring other start-ups, teams and students. Part-time early investor in other technology start-ups.
Bob Welsh brings more than 30+ years of sales leadership and delivery experience of innovative solutions for service provider and enterprise clients. During his career Bob has had successful long-term experiences at companies ranging from start-ups through large enterprises, and along the way has developed a strong reputation for his commitment to delivering value, enabling customer success, and managing toward the “win-win”. Bob is responsible for ensuring the delight of our current customers, as well expanding Apptium’s client and partner base.
Rajaram Arumugam is Apptium’s Director of Engineering. He brings in 17 years of experience in building leading technology products and solutions for the high-tech, media, entertainment, telecommunications and retail industry. In his role, he helps drive the company’s technology strategy, leads the engineering team towards continued delivery of innovative products, and provides executive-level consulting services. In his previous roles, Rajaram focused on delivering Next Generation E-Commerce and Customer Experience solutions to leading Systems Integrators and ISV around the globe. With extensive experience in designing and implementing complex high-performance systems, Rajaram’s strong focus is on the technology trends, researches, innovation to provide the enhanced capabilities with enriched user experience. Rajaram currently oversees the development and support of both of Apptium’s platforms.
Twinkle Patel has over 18 years of experience in HR system implementations and process improvement. As a Human Resources leader, she is responsible for developing and managing streamlined processes globally aligned to Human Capital Management (HCM). Twinkle has a comprehensive understanding of functional HR processes and works with various teams across the organization in planning and day to day optimization of Apptium’s Talent. She wears many hats in her current role and enjoys the challenge of multi-tasking in HCM, operations support and helping the organization be successful. Twinkle’s background in ‘big 4’ consulting allows her to bring a creative, yet strategic approach to her work.
Claudia brings more than 25 years of marketing management experience in technology companies serving the telecommunications, high-tech, media, and entertainment industries. Her multi-disciplinary background includes B2B marketing as well as sales operations, executive administration and product management roles ranging from small start-ups to large enterprises. Claudia is responsible for the execution of Apptium's global marketing initiatives and functions, including branding, lead generation, corporate communications, customer engagement, social media, events, and sales operations.

With over 25 years of software engineering experience, Colin drives growth and innovation for the development team with the delivery of cutting-edge products and services.
