Apptium Technologies is seeking a Software Product Trainer to help teach clients/end users
the ins and outs of the technology created by the organization so they can best utilize it. This
is a great opportunity to take control of the delivery of training and supporting materials. The
ideal candidate would need to show leadership, build and sustain strong relationships, and
help improve the company’s product platform.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading trainings and coaching for product users
  • Design training materials by identifying and describing information needs; using
    desktop publishing; submitting initial versions for review; revising and editing final
    copies
  • Evaluates training by evaluating effectiveness of training to specific job applications.
  • Maintains technical knowledge of the product and updates by attending educational
    workshops; reviewing releases
  • Building and maintaining training schedules for core user groups as well as ensuring
    the training is adapted into workflow processes to ensure maximum engagement and
    adoption
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Supporting the wider Sales Enablement team by scheduling and managing key
    meetings and training sessions
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
  • Assist in some sales or product team areas – particularly as it relates to recognizing
    opportunities for additional sales or product improvements

Job Requirement

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience developing and delivering training on software applications (for example,
    Salesforce Training)
  • Demonstrate ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Knowledge of learning management software and modern learning techniques and
    presentation abilities
  • Exceptional listening skills and ability to problem solve
  • Previous experience in developing and delivering face to face, virtual, hardcopy, video,
    E-Learning (Articulate) and other forms of training
  • Experience owning client relationships and becoming a trusted advisor
  • Ability to rapidly learn new software applications

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively are key. Candidates should be self-motivated and ready to hit the ground running.  Strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to present to large and small groups

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree
8+ years of experience
