Digital Marketing Folks (Apptium’s Digital Marketing Services group) has an exciting opportunity for a talented Digital Marketing Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage client portfolios and accounts for small to medium sized businesses to help our clients improve their online presence. The applicant should be organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple accounts, possess account leadership and customer relationship management expertise, along with detailed and clear communication skills.

Ultimately, a successful Account Manager should collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to ensure account alignment with digital marketing goals and strategies, while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our digital marketing services in the long-run.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day execution of multiple client accounts including SEO/SEM, social media marketing, content marketing and other disciplines of digital marketing
  • Help clients allocate digital marketing budgets and develop marketing plans across all online channels, including paid ads, SEO, and social media platforms
  • Ensure clients’ digital marketing activities are successfully delivered on time, while constantly coming up with creative, new ideas to improve campaign performance
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for the allocated digital marketing clients, addressing client questions and concerns in a timely and responsive manner
  • Present social media strategies to clients
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns to clients monthly, and assess campaigns against goals (ROI and KPI) monthly
  • Forecast and track key digital marketing and social media account metrics and prepare reports on clients’ account status
  • Identify trends and insights in each client campaign and suggest ways to improve clients’ digital marketing performance
  • Collaborate and coordinate with internal team members to improve aspects of client deliverables, including user experience, landing pages, SEO/SEM, and lead generation
  • Establish strong relationships across departments and an understanding of clients’ needs, the customer experience, marketing strategy and operational capabilities
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing, social media, and digital trends

Qualifications and Required Skills:

  • Passion for learning new Digital Marketing trends
  • Minimum education of a BA/BS Degree in Marketing or related field from an accredited college or university
  • 1+ years of proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Account Manager, Marketing Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
  • Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, SEO, content marketing, social media management, Google Ads and Analytics
  • Experience with customer service and account management
  • In depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms
  • Solid experience with digital marketing and social media platforms, as well as MS Office (particularly MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects in a demanding, deadline-oriented environment, while maintaining attention to detail, a positive attitude, and work quality
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a flexible approach and willingness to adapt ideas to the needs of customers
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
